Shipping & Freight Charges

• Purchases made within Australia and overseas will be dispatched for delivery within 1-3 working days from date of purchase and shipped by Australia Post.
• NOTE: On International Orders, shipping will be estimated and you will be contacted with the exact shipping charge.
• Black Eye Productions takes no responsibility for delays or losses as a result of failings by domestic or international mail services. Should you have any special delivery requirements, please contact Black Eye Productions and we will do our best to assist.

Privacy Policy

• Personal and sensitive information about you will be collected by Black Eye productions for its own use in connection with your purchase or enquiry only. Personal and sensitive information will be collected from you directly when you fill out and submit our account creation and online purchase forms, or provides us with any other information in connection with your purchase.

• Your privacy is important to us. You can be confident that your details will remain confidential and will not be shared with any third parties whatsoever.
• Blackeyeproductions.com.au does not use address harvesting software nor support bulk electronic SPAM messaging.
• Blackeyeproductions.com.au makes every effort to abide by the legislation laid down in the SPAM act of 2003 by the National office for the information economy (NOIE) and the Federal privacy policy.

Eligibility to Purchase

• The purchase of products from Black Eye Productions only to parties who can enter into and form contracts in accordance with the Australian law.
• Customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information.  When providing payment details, customers must warrant that the payment details provided are theirs and are both valid and correct.

Prices

• All prices listed in this site by Black Eye Productions are shown in Australian dollars (AUD$) and not include 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax). GST will be charged and included on all Australian orders including freight; there is no GST charge for International orders. Prices are subject to change without notice.
• International customers should be aware that all transactions made using prices will be charged using the exchange rate as set by the relevant exchange body at the time of sale. Black Eye Productions is not responsible for setting these rates nor any fees or charges issued by exchange bodies in relation to orders placed on this site. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be informed of any and all charges and implication for local taxes that may be involved in purchases made in foreign currencies prior to purchase.

Payment Processing

• Payments are processed via PayPal secure payment gateway using an SSL secured server. We also accept Master Card and Visa or Direct Bank Deposit. Direct Bank Deposit for Australian Customers Only.
• Order can be placed on line or by phone.
• Bank deposit payments must be made and received by Vista Marketing International Pty ltd. within two working days of order confirmation, if payment is not received by this time frame the order will be cancelled without notice.

• Blackeyeproductions.com.au takes every precaution to make our site as secure as possible; we do not hold any payment details on record.
• PayPal payments will be cleared from your account upon receipt of your order. The credit card you are using must be yours. All credit card/debit holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of the payment method refuses to authorise the payment, blackeyeproductions.com.au will not be held responsible for any non-delivery.
